Short take: Rates are lower than competitors, but that is recouped in exorbitant fees-- and good luck getting an itemized bill. There are many unexplained additions, definitely math that does not add up, wink wink. However, no matter how professional you may be, "manager" takes personal offense when this is questioned, and still provides no accounting.

Units are old and run down (hence the lower rates), my initially clean belongings were filthy upon removal.

More : If you don't mind an employee/manager who condescendingly calls the customer "her tenant", ( though she lives in the attached cottage in exchange for irritating the customers-yes, she is a tenant ) -AND then wants you to listen endlessly to how youthful, thin, beautiful and creative she somehow believes she is, while she grasps at any means to insult you -then by all means store your stuff here.

Pretty much any other facility is preferable for service and accounting, no drama, and no ego-stoking required. That alone is worth slightly higher rates.
