  I recently purchased a home where Dan Gluhaich was the listing agent through Intero. While I cannot speak for the entire office (the receptionist was very polite the one time I did need to go in), I was consistently disappointed by the lack of professionalism and ethical business practices of the agent from Intero. With home purchases I expect a lengthy process, but here we endured contract snafu's, slow communication and late responses as a result of the seller and his agent. Now the deal has been done for two weeks, and requests to have the agent's lockbox removed from my front door are deemed "rude" by Mr. Gluhaich, who has also informed my agent he does not have time for this "petty crap" (yes, I am quoting actual correspondence from him). I would strongly urge everyone I know and anyone reading this to steer clear of Dan Gluhaich and his shady business practices as well as his arrogant attitude. Seeing his name on a listing is now enough to persuade me look further as I will never consider doing business with him again.
