  I have had a storage unit at Extra Self Storage for over 10 years.
  The staff is kind, cordial, efficient and know their stuff. I had a great kinship with Carmen and I will miss her friendship (I ended my business w ESS today. Cleaned out my unit and that's that!)! Carmen is a gem and knows her stuff!
  Ben is cool, friendly, and knowledgeable as well.
  The facility is clean, neat, well-lit, and always looks great.
  My only beef is the rate increases each new owner of the facility carried out.what started out 'affordable' in 2006 more than doubled over the years.
  Plus a stiff penalty for a late pay.
  But that's business, right?
