  I'd heard horror stories of how Rolfing was one of the most painful experiences in the world — worse than childbirth. But not with Kathryn. She has the magic touch. Rather than forcing your body to release its tensions, she works with your body using fluid — yet effective — movements to release the tension. The results are amazing. I went in for a tailbone injury, and left having a number of other symptoms healed as well — from knee pain to neck pain to stomach pain. In one word Kathryn is incredible. She's kind, attentive, respectful and incredibly generous. She truly cares for each of her clients, so much so, that she'll text to check up from time to time. She also gives great book recommendations. ;) If you'd like to try rolfing, I'd highly recommend Kathryn. So much so, that should I ever move, I'd fly across the country for a session with her.
